America was Created by Secession
Why I am Endorsing Steve Isaacson
Guest Editorial by Ron Bartels
Recently, Ron Paul stirred the pot with his positive comment regarding the secession movements taking place all around the world. Click here to read the coverage.
In an essay on his eponymous institution’s website Sunday, the former U.S. congressman from Texas wrote that any supporters of freedom should cheer secessionism because it allows for smaller government—a constant mantra for the libertarian and perennial presidential candidate, who didn’t previously realize there were more than a handful of secessionist groups in the United States.
“I was real pleased with that, and a bit surprised,” Paul told National Journal. “But then, on second thought, you think, ‘Why not? Why not more?’ ”
America is Waking Up
America is waking up to secession. Washington, DC, we do not have to take it anymore. We are over taxed and under served. Big government is colluding with big business. Our founders created a small but limited government.
Not one place in the constitution, was a single dollar of corporate welfare authorized:
- The bailouts were corporate welfare.
- The loans to solar companies that went bust was corporate welfare.
- Ethanol subsidies are corporate welfare.
The above is just a smidgen of the for profit corporate welfare that is not constitutional. No where in the constitution is corporate welfare for non profit authorized either. The powers that the federal government has are clearly defined in Article 1, Section 8 of the constitution. They are called the enumerated powers. Look them up to see that I am 100% correct.
Corporate Welfare for Non Profit Corporations
There have been trillions in grants (another word for welfare) even since the federal government started breaking the law. (Constitution.) There is a principle at law which says an unlawful law is no law at all, it is a wish. Greedy Congressmen have turned the federal government unto the biggest tooth fairy the world has even known.
Ron Paul was right and is right. We are long past due in admitting it. Like it or not, most of our Congressmen are law breakers. They fail to uphold their oaths of office. When I have confronted them, they have always had a long line of excuses and/or stretched the constitution to mean something it does not.
My Endorsement of Steve Isaacson
In closing, if this nation is to avoid secession, many Congressmen need to be replaced. That is why in good consciousness, I must back and support Steve Isaacson for Congress. He is running for Arkansas Congressional District 3 in 2016. Regardless of where you reside in the United States, or abroad if you are an American Citizen, you should support him because every vote he will be making will benefit you. Every bill he will initiate will benefit you.
America is about families, never forget that!
